I’m from Monterrey, Mexico.  I lived there for the majority of my childhood before moving for some time to San Antonio, Texas. I went to college in Dallas and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy in May of 2020.  Then, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach in December of 2022.

Some fun facts about me:

We have an adorable German Shepherd named Rocky.

I have a brother who races cars professionally.

I have two exceptional parents that I adore.

I have a wonderful fiancé whom I get to marry this year.

I’m learning to play the piano.

I love romantic movies.

I love to travel.

And my idea of the perfect night is to get dressed up and go to a nice candlelit dinner surrounded by those I love eating delicious food and talking about life.
